Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Python , Linux-based systems , and Docker containerization to join our Seceon India R&D team in Varanasi . You will work closely with AI/ML, backend, and DevSecOps teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable services and microservices that power our Seceon aiXDR and aiSIEM platforms. Key Responsibilities Build scalable and secure Python-based microservices that integrate with threat intelligence, log pipelines, and machine learning engines. Containerize and manage applications using Docker for deployment across hybrid infrastructures. Operate and script in Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS) to streamline platform operations and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity experts, data scientists, and DevOps engineers. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for seamless product releases. Debug and resolve software defects across staging and production environments. Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to Seceon’s secure coding practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development Proficiency in Linux OS, shell scripting, and system-level debugging Strong expertise in Docke r: building, deploying, and managing containers in production Experience with Git and collaborative development using Git-based workflows Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred (Nice to Have ) Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or similar container orchestration tools. Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, network protocols, or SIEM/XDR platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of REST APIs, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and databases (SQL/NoSQL). Exposure to Agile development and DevSecOps principles. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience . Why Join Seceon?
