The ideal candidate thrives in solving technical challenges, writing clean and efficient code, and contributing positively to team and client collaborations. Key Responsibilities: You will develop and maintain backend applications, primarily using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter preferred). You will work on API development, integration, and backend logic handling. You will collaborate with frontend developers to implement UI/UX elements with supported backend code. You will handle relational databases (MySQL is a must) and optionally work with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB. You will also implement and maintain reusable and testable codebases. You will collaborate with QA and support teams for testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring high code quality. You will also contribute to client communications where necessary, especially for time zone-aligned support. You will continuously improve development processes and contribute ideas for system improvements. Candidate Profile: Required Skills Strong knowledge and 3+ years of experience in PHP backend development. Proficiency in MySQL. Experience with RESTful APIs and data formats like JSON and XML. Basic frontend knowledge: HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery. Familiarity with Git and code repositories (Bitbucket preferred). Desired Skills Knowledge of Node.js or Python. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Dashboard creation and data visualization experience. Familiarity with AWS services or interest in cloud platforms. Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
