Software Developer (.NET)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL Server. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software design and development. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Preferred candidate profile 3-8 years of experience in .NET development (C# and ASP.NET). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or a related field. Good communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements. Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL Server), including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, database functions, and performance tuning. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, TFS). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional): Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) is a plus. Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is a plus.
