Key Responsibilities: - Strong level of experience in IT software development is essential - Hands-on technology skills required include Java, JAVA, Spring framework, REST, Microservices, Linux, Databases, Web services, MQ, and Kafka - Ability to develop enterprise-level software solutions using tools like Source Control, Build Tools (e.g. Maven), TDD, etc. - Self-driven and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Take technical ownership of the team and guide user stories through the software development lifecycle - Undertake impact assessment of change requests related to API Portals and Platforms components - Collaborate with other design and build teams to ensure adherence to strategic end-to-end system design principles - Experience with deployment tools, particularly Jenkins and CICD Qualifications Required: - Experience with risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives - Ability to collaborate with customers and business teams to propose technically feasible solutions - Strong understanding of industry technology trends and the ability to evaluate and adopt new approaches for improved outcomes Please note that this role is based in Pune.
