Software Architect/Developer

As a highly experienced Tech Lead or Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of web developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications. Your role will involve providing strong technical leadership, hands-on architectural skills, and accurate project estimations for timelines and resources. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end technical architecture and system design for web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, leading the development of front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks, overseeing sprint planning and agile ceremonies, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality and application security standards. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 6 years of hands-on web development experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, and 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager role. Strong knowledge of software architecture design, project estimations, cloud platforms, REST APIs, and microservices is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps tools, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills, are required. Preferred skills include experience with serverless architecture, performance tuning, startup or product-based environments, and Agile/Scrum certification.
