Job Description

As an experienced Software Architect at UST, you will play a key role in designing and developing enterprise solutions in the Healthcare domain. You should have a strong technology background and be capable of leading projects with team members from diverse locations, both onsite and offshore. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading development teams and providing technical guidance - Hands-on expertise in Java, JEE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful services - Designing and building frameworks for enterprise solutions - Developing roadmaps and products in alignment with industry growth - Collaborating with team leads to generate innovative ideas - Mentoring, training, and developing team members - Evaluating new technologies and tools for implementation - Continuous improvement of the team through training Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Master's degree in a related field is a plus - 8+ years of experience in data projects development - 7+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain - Overall experience level of 14+ years in the Healthcare domain Additionally, your skills should include proficiency in Java, Google Cloud Platform, and Microservices.
