Hey Jobseekers, Greetings from Shining stars ITPL We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft-Skill Trainer to join our team for an E-commerce process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry and a proven track record of delivering soft-skill training in a customer service environment. This role requires the trainer to manage training across two sites in Bangalore (Shivajinagar and Kudlugate) and travel as per the business needs. Job Title: Soft-Skill Trainer E-commerce Process Location: Bangalore (Shivajinagar & Kudlugate) CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA (Depending on last CTC) Job Description: Conduct Soft Skill training sessions for new and existing employees across both Bangalore sites (Shivajinagar and Kudlugate). Develop, implement, and monitor training materials to improve customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance. Ensure that training is aligned with the business objectives, company culture, and the specific requirements of the e-commerce process. Maintain records of training progress, performance, and outcomes. Work closely with the team leaders and HR to assess the training needs and performance gaps. Travel between the two Bangalore sites as required for training sessions and other responsibilities. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3 years of overall experience in the BPO industry. At least 1 year of experience as a Soft Skill Trainer within a customer service or domestic BPO environment. Experience in e-commerce accounts is a significant advantage. Graduate from a UGC recognized university. TTT (Train the Trainer) certification is mandatory. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Willingness to travel between sites as per the requirements. We are also hiring for the Process trainer for the Kudlu gate location for the E-commerce and technical process. Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent presentation skills. Graduate from a UGC recognized university. 2. Job Title: Process Trainer BPO Technical Support (Laptop/Computer) Location: Bangalore, Shivajinagar No. of Open Positions: 1 CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (Depending on last CTC) Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO industry. At least 1 year as a Process Trainer in a BPO Technical Support process. Strong technical knowledge of laptops/computers (SMPS, RAM, ROM, troubleshooting, OS installation). Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent presentation skills. Graduate from a UGC recognized university.
