Job Title: Female Soft Skills Trainer Location: Haldwani Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 years ( min 1 year) We are hiring a passionate and confident Female Soft Skills Trainer to conduct interactive training sessions for students and professionals. The trainer will focus on enhancing communication, interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and job readiness. Key Responsibilities: Deliver sessions on communication skills, teamwork, grooming, time management, and interview preparation Customize content and training methods as per audience needs Conduct mock interviews, presentations, and group discussions Provide feedback and support to help learners grow Maintain training reports and attendance records Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Strong presentation and people skills Graduate in any discipline (HR/Communication/Psychology preferred) Prior training experience is an advantage, but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Required) Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand (Required) Work Location: In person
