Soft Skills Trainer

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective soft skills training programs for our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training , excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programs, including communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in students' soft skills and customize training programs accordingly.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, activities, and handouts.
• Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, group discussions, and multimedia presentations.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate them into the training programs.
• Collaborate with technical trainers and other staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to student development.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
