Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma Experience: 3+ years in Sales/Marketing/Training Skill Sets: Good interpersonal + Behavioural skills, Public-speaking, Team building, Conflict resolution and etiquettes Computer Skills: MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint Technology and computer savvy personality Communication: English + Local language Desirables: Candidate to be a Passionate Automobile enthusiast with ability to tailor training sessions to meet the varying skill levels of trainees from beginners to experienced Service Advisors/Customer Care Managers/Works Managers, Supervisors and other customer facing role holders in Aftersales domain. Prior Training Delivery experience in similar roles and with Flair for public speaking would be an added advantage KRA # Playing the role of Trainer in all Soft-skills and Behavioral aspects # Understanding the entire Aftersales processes # Auditing the dealerships on the Aftersales processes # Building action plans to bridge identified gaps # Training of Dealerships customer facing/non tech Aftersales manpower on all soft-skills Modules # Handholding of new joiners at Dealership Workshops/service centers # Enhance learning sustenance of Dealerships customer facing/non tech Aftersales manpower on all soft-skills Modules # Increase efficiencies at the Dealership customer facing/ Non tech manpower # Governance and Adherence to processes, Analytics and MIS reporting # Review Data points On Aftersales DMS
