Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing students' presentation skills, life skills, and overall communication abilities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with faculty to incorporate soft skills training into the broader curriculum.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Soft Skills
• Experience in Training & Development
• Proficiency in teaching Life Skills and Communication
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create engaging training materials and presentations
• Relevant experience in an educational setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field
