We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to train degree students across Eluru, Tadepalligudem, and Bhimavaram as part of our internship and training programs. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging sessions on communication skills, interview preparation, personality development, teamwork, leadership, time management, workplace etiquette, and other essential professional skills. The role includes creating structured training modules, preparing session plans, conducting interactive workshops, and using activity-based learning methods to enhance student engagement. The trainer must assess students' strengths and areas for improvement, provide personalized feedback, and maintain detailed progress reports. They will also conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentations to help students build confidence and become job-ready. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate with program coordinators, participate in planning academic-industry aligned modules, and ensure students gain the practical skills needed for successful careers.
