Role Description

This is a full-time Soft Skill Trainer role located in Pune. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, improving communication skills, conducting life skills sessions, and enhancing overall soft skills of the participants on-site.

• Training & Development and Life Skills expertise
• Strong Soft Skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate participants
• Relevant certification or degree in Training or related field
