A Service Engineer is pivotal in maintaining and repairing technical systems or machinery, ensuring smooth operations for clients or internal teams. Candidate must be able to commute between the job location as we have a provision of transport and also we can provide accomodation if needed. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and test equipment. Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine checks, diagnose faults, and replace parts. Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site, guiding customers. Customer Service: Build strong relationships and train users. Documentation: Maintain detailed service logs. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety standards and regulations. Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback to R&D teams. Skills: Education: Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field). Experience: Proven experience in equipment maintenance, technical support, or a similar role.
