Social Media Executive


What You Will Work On:

  • Plan, create, and execute engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with brand campaigns.
  • Ideate and produce trending formats including reels, stories, videos, and real-time marketing content.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering positive relationships with followers.
  • Address Google Reviews and comments to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Work on brand marketing campaigns from concept to execution across digital and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and brand marketing teams to create impactful campaign assets.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives, brand partnerships, and paid social campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics to generate insights and improve engagement.
  • Identify and act on real-time trends, pop culture moments, and opportunities for audience engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.


What You Bring:

  • Two to three years of experience managing social media for a brand or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite and Canva.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Basic knowledge of community management and online reputation building, including Google Reviews.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented mindset.
