Role Overview We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Strategist to lead the digital narrative of a fast-growing luxury wellness brand. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on crafting and executing high-impact strategies for a niche, high-value audience. Your role will be central in enhancing online visibility, driving engagement, and delivering business results for a well-recognized name in the aesthetic wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies tailored to a premium brand. Own the performance and growth of platforms including Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Craft compelling brand copy that reflects a voice of trust, aspiration, and authority. Track KPIs, interpret analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance. Monitor trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Foster online community growth and manage brand reputation across platforms. Who You Are Experienced in handling social media for premium, niche, or lifestyle brands . A confident communicator with strong storytelling and PR instincts. Proficient in developing content strategies that drive both awareness and conversion. Data-savvy and comfortable analyzing platform insights to fine-tune performance. A self-starter who keeps up with trends and takes initiative in setting them. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and timelines. What You Bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital or social media strategy. Fluency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google tools, YouTube Studio, and analytics dashboards. Strong copywriting and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to collaborate across creative, content, and performance teams. A growth mindset with a passion for brand building and aesthetic storytelling. Bonus Points If You Have Experience working with international or multi-location wellness, beauty, or healthcare brands. A portfolio showcasing viral content or community-driven campaigns. Hands-on involvement in influencer or creator-led marketing initiatives.
