Job Description

Social Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Plan, create, and oversee content calendars across all platforms
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaign execution
Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports
Research audience trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Ensure consistency in tone, message, and visual identity across all platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field
1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolio may apply)
Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
