Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Social Media Strategist. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and managing content, writing web content, and overseeing content development. Your role will encompass crafting content that aligns with marketing goals and ensuring that content is optimized for search engines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create high-performing, on-brand content.
• Research and incorporate trending topics, formats, and hashtags to increase visibility and interaction.
• Craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience and encourages action.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on data and insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in content strategy, especially for social media.
• A strong understanding of audience behavior and engagement drivers.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Creativity and a flair for storytelling across different formats (video, carousel, reels, etc.).

Salary: 30k-40k per month
