About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media initiatives across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies that elevate brand presence, boost engagement, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, create, and oversee high-quality, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm changes.
  • Build and manage online communities, fostering authentic engagement with followers.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-backed strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven experience in running successful paid and organic campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
