Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Studio, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and prepare performance reports. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities to increase engagement. Optimize social media content for SEO to improve search visibility. Design basic graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. Manage customer queries and complaints through social media channels professionally. Key Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation. Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Studio, Buffer, and Sprout Social. Strong understanding of branding and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Basic knowledge of WordPress for blog post creation and SEO optimization. Proficiency in analytics and reporting to track campaign performance. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for customer engagement. Excellent communication and writing skills. Adaptability to changing social media trends and technologies.
