Social Media & Recruitment Coordinator Location: Kochi Company: hScore Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing & Talent Acquisition Reports To: Marketing Manager / Recruitment Lead Role Overview As a Social Media & Recruitment Coordinator , you’ll be at the crossroads of marketing and hiring. Your days will be split between building online engagement, curating content, and ensuring candidates have a smooth and welcoming experience during the recruitment process. You’ll work closely with the marketing and talent teams, gain exposure to real-time business processes, and have plenty of room to grow your career. Key Responsibilities 📱 Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to keep our community active and informed. Work with designers and content creators to bring campaigns to life. Track engagement metrics and prepare regular performance reports. Research trends and recommend ideas for new content and campaigns. 📢 Marketing & Brand Support Assist in executing digital campaigns including emailers, product updates, and event promos. Support employer branding initiatives like “Team Takeovers” and behind-the-scenes stories. Help brainstorm and plan upcoming content calendars. Collaborate with the team during marketing sprints and brainstorming sessions. 📋 Recruitment Coordination Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate logistics and updates professionally to candidates. Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and ensure a positive candidate experience. Follow up on interview feedback and status changes promptly. 🔍 Resume Screening Review and shortlist resumes based on job criteria. Maintain organized records of applicants for each role. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to move candidates forward in the process. Who You Are Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and/or recruitment operations. Comfortable using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and productivity apps (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook). Excellent communication skills — written and spoken. Organized, detail-oriented, and good at time management. Bonus Points: Canva or similar design tools for basic visual content. Experience working in startups or small teams. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Passionate about employer branding and internal storytelling.
