IOSIGNITE is a hybrid agency that has been catering to the strategic marketing needs of Colleges, Universities, and Schools since 2016. Our efforts ensure that our partners stand apart by crafting an authentic brand story and weaving a compelling message that can stand the test of time and competition. We currently employ over 30 folks across the country and work with 60+ institutions globally.
You'll be the bridge between our schools and our creative/ads team. Your job is to keep the engine running smoothly: coordinate, plan, execute, and constantly look for ways to lift engagement and build strong digital communities for 57 schools.
Work closely with principals, school teams, and the agency to keep all content, campaigns, and deadlines on track
Build monthly and weekly content plans based on each school's priorities
Spot engagement opportunities within parent groups and digital audiences and turn them into clear action points
Coordinate photo/video requirements, approvals, and timely posting
Track performance of social channels and suggest improvements
Ensure each school's brand voice, visual identity, and messaging stays consistent
Work with the ads team to support campaigns and ensure smooth handover between organic and paid efforts
Manage feedback loops between schools and the agency so nothing slips through
Support in-ground events by capturing content and pushing it out in real time
Maintain dashboards, calendars, and reports for all assigned schools
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple clients or brands
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and basic analytics
Ability to juggle multiple schools and keep timelines tight
Great communication skills and a calm, problem-solving mindset
A sense of ownership, you don't wait for instructions
Comfort working with creative teams, ads teams, and school leadership
Basic understanding of reels, static creatives, and post formats
Bonus: experience in education, hospitality, or any sector with community-focused audiences
Someone who enjoys structure but also knows how to improvise when school life throws surprises.
