Job Summary: Creative Banyan, an advertising agency, is looking for a skilled Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive organic social media growth and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management (Organic) Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for different brands across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create reels with visual hooks that get high watch time. Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories. Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform updates to enhance organic reach. Google Ads & Meta Ads (Paid) Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Execute and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and targeting to maximize ROI. Track, analyze, and report ad performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Implement remarketing and lookalike audience strategies. Analytics & Reporting Track key performance metrics and generate monthly reports. Analyze trends, insights, and competitor performance to refine strategies. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing & performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices. Ability to write engaging copies/scripts and develop creative content strategies. Basic understanding of SEO and how it integrates with social media. Experience with landing page optimization & conversion tracking.
