Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to take our clients’ online presence to the next level. Your Role & Responsibilities: 🔹 Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leadsfor clients. 🔹 Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, carousels, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform. 🔹 Stay ahead of trends, viral content, and platform updates to optimize social strategies for maximum reach and impact. 🔹 Engage with online communities, monitor conversations, and build relationships with audiences through comments, DMs, and groups. 🔹 Implement paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) to drive conversions and brand growth. 🔹 Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI) to optimize performance. 🔹 Collaborate with our branding, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and effective social presence. 🔹 Manage multiple client accounts, staying organized and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 🔹 Identify and work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partnerships to amplify brand exposure. 🔹 Test and implement new strategies, growth hacks, and innovative content formats to keep brands ahead of the curve. What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) ✅ 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. ✅ Deep understanding of platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and best practices. ✅ Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts. ✅ Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.). ✅ Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). ✅ Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) is a plus. ✅ Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and design trends. ✅ Ability to edit and create basic visuals/videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar. ✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams and clients. ✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and social media trends.
