Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Noida with opportunities for some remote work. The specialist will manage Social Media platforms, craft engaging posts, develop marketing strategies, and analyze campaign performance. Responsibilities include content creation, implementing social media advertising campaigns, monitoring and responding to online engagement, and optimizing strategies to drive brand awareness and online presence. Collaboration with internal teams to synchronize marketing efforts is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Campaign Planning
• Strong skills in Data Analysis and Performance Metrics
• Experience with Advertising Platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of Content Strategy for Social Media platforms
• Proven experience with tools for analytics, scheduling, and reporting
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred
