Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth across digital platforms. They should be able to create and manage content, track analytics, and ensure the brand voice remains consistent while connecting with the right audience.


Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Reports To: Head of Marketing Department


Job Type: Full-Time On-Site


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly

    social media calendars

    (posts, reels, stories) aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.
  • Create

    content ideas and scripts

    for Instagram reels, carousels, and stories focused on Indian ethnic wear.
  • Manage

    daily posting, engagement, and community interaction

    to build authentic audience connections.
  • Conduct

    trend research

    and integrate seasonal and cultural themes into campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers for

    PR and barter partnerships

    , handle outreach and communication.
  • Assist in planning and executing

    giveaways, festive campaigns, and collaborations

    .
  • Analyze performance using

    Instagram Insights and analytics

    to refine content strategy.
  • Write

    SEO-friendly captions and content

    to enhance discoverability and engagement.
  • Work closely with the founder to brainstorm creative direction and campaign ideas.
  • Maintain

    brand consistency

    across all digital platforms.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing in a

    fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand

    environment.
  3. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube algorithms & trends.
  4. Proficiency in

    Canva

    ,

    Meta Business Suite

    , and

    social media analytics tools

    .
  5. Experience in

    influencer marketing

    and

    PR outreach

    .
  6. Knowledge of

    organic growth strategies, SEO

    ,

    trend research

    community management

    .
  7. Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  8. Creative mindset with an eye for design, color, and fashion aesthetics.
  9. Ability to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.
