We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across all key social platforms. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at giggle and bytes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for Snap Shop Hub and/or TFT Medicams Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned posts Plan and manage influencer collaborations and online campaigns Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes Handle community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely manner Track competitor activity and create competitive reports Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 1+ years of proven experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in e-commerce or healthcare industry Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools Strong writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team Preferred Skills: Video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts, product explainers) Influencer marketing knowledge Experience in managing marketplaces (like Meesho, Amazon, eBay etc.) is a bonus for Snap Shop Hub Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Creative freedom and exposure to multiple industries Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced team To Apply: Send your resume, portfolio, and any social media pages you’ve managed to contact@snapshophub.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
