Position Title: Social Media Marketing Manager (Franchise & Retail Stores) Company : VIshram Management Group (United States Of America) Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive foot traffic to our franchise QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and retail stores . This role will focus on growing our brand presence, engaging customers online, and promoting in-store visits through creative and data-driven social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for multiple franchise and retail locations. Create Social Media accounts when its needed to expand presence in market. Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others). Run targeted ad campaigns to attract local customers and increase foot traffic. Engage with followers, respond to customer inquiries, and build an online community. Coordinate promotions, discounts, and events to drive store visits. Collaborate with store managers to capture in-store content (photos/videos). Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, optimizing campaigns based on performance. Stay updated on trends and competitors' strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in social media marketing, preferably for QSR, retail, or hospitality businesses. Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva). Creativity: Strong content creation skills (photo, video, captions, hashtags). Analytics: Ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns for higher ROI. Communication: Excellent writing and customer engagement skills. Bonus: Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and influencer collaborations.
