As a Social Media Manager & Video Editor at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and engaging our audience through creative content and strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers across all platforms. - Research trending topics and implement them into daily content to boost visibility. - Create, post, and manage daily content (photos, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across all active social channels. - Plan, launch, and monitor social media ad campaigns (especially Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads) to improve brand visibility and conversions. - Shoot and edit video content for social media platforms - short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips. - Design and produce creative and engaging posts aligned with brand identity. - Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust strategies to optimize growth. - Stay updated with the latest social media and advertising trends and apply innovative ideas. **Requirements:** - Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator. - In-depth understanding of organic social media growth strategies and audience engagement. - Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media advertising platforms. - Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills. - Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar). - Ability to shoot and edit videos for social media. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
