About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Trainee to support the day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn how advertising workflows operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and daily communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, digital) to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Help in preparing briefs, reports, and status updates.
• Support the team in campaign execution, approvals, and feedback cycles.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth workflow between clients and the agency.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of advertising/digital marketing (preferred).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
