In our high-performance creative ecosystem, we seek a Social Media Marketing Executive who can engineer digital momentum, drive paid campaign excellence, and curate organic growth with strategic vision and executional precision. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Manage end-to-end Meta Ads and other paid campaign setups.
  • Optimize budgets, improve ROAS, and track campaign performance daily.
  • Prepare data-driven reports, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and scaling strategies

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform engagement.
  • Build organic content strategies focused on virality, trends, and retention.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and creative formats.
  • Ideate reels, storytelling formats, viral hooks, and trend-aligned concepts.

3. Content Creation Support

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors for creative asset execution.
  • Provide ideas for content calendars, campaigns, and high-engagement posts.
  • Ensure visuals and messaging align with brand identity and creative direction

4. Analytics & Strategic Insight

  • Track analytics across platforms and convert data into actionable plans.
  • Stay updated on competitor movements, platform shifts, and new trends.
  • Recommend strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of organic algorithm behavior and platform mechanics.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, and content ideation capability.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-volume content workflows

Salary & Benefits

  • 15,000 – 25,000, based on skill, experience, and performance capability.
