Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s LinkedIn Account:
• Craft and post thought leadership content, engage with the community, and build the founder’s professional brand.
• Social Media Content Creation:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Monitor Trends:
• Stay updated with the latest social media and industry trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the Team:
• Work closely with founders and other departments to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong communication skills and a passion for digital storytelling
• Experience running LinkedIn accounts, especially for thought leadership
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Familiar with social media tools and analytics
