Social Media Marketer

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute paid and organic social strategies that increase engagement, generate leads, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong online community.
• Test new strategies, formats, and ad creatives to optimize results

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads etc.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
