Role Description

This Social Media Manager (YouTube Specialist) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include managing the institute’s YouTube presence to enhance audience engagement and grow subscribers. The candidate will develop, execute, and optimize content strategies, oversee content creation and posting, and analyze performance metrics to improve reach. Additional tasks involve creating impactful video campaigns, staying updated on digital trends, and ensuring alignment with the institute’s mission and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong abilities in Communication and Writing
• Experience with Content Strategy for engaging social media campaigns
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage them for optimization
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, SEO, and video editing is a plus
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
