COMPANY:- YACHT LIFE GOA POSITION:- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER JOB LOCATION: PANAJI As a Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice and face of a brand across various social media channels. Your main goal will be to build and maintain a strong online presence, engage with the audience, and ultimately support the company's marketing and business objectives. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Creating and implementing social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and business goals. Identifying target audiences and tailoring content and campaigns to their preferences. Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Analyzing competitor activities and identifying opportunities for improvement. Content Creation and Curation: Developing engaging and relevant content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, suitable for different platforms. Ensuring brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all social media channels. Creating content calendars and scheduling posts using social media management tools. Curating relevant content from other sources to share with the audience. Community Management: Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions and engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Building and nurturing online communities and fostering positive relationships with followers. Handling customer service issues and escalating them when necessary. Identifying and engaging with influencers and brand advocates. Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales. Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels. Managing budgets for paid social media advertising campaigns and optimizing their performance. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) using analytics tools. Tracking the performance of content and campaigns, identifying trends and insights, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Using data to inform and adjust social media strategies for continuous improvement. Brand Reputation Management: Monitoring online conversations and addressing any negative feedback or comments to protect the brand's reputation. Developing and executing strategies for crisis communication on social media if needed. Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and achieve common goals. Educating other staff on the use of social media and promoting its use within the company. Skills: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms: Understanding the nuances, algorithms, and best practices of various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and platforms. Strong copywriting and editing skills: Ability to create engaging and error-free content. Visual creativity: A good eye for design and the ability to create or oversee the creation of visually appealing content. Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Project management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and execute social media activities and campaigns effectively. Customer service skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle online interactions professionally. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-evolving social media landscape. Strategic thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture and align social media efforts with business objectives. Technical skills: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and potentially graphic design or video editing software.
