Job Description: We are looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow our brand's presence online. You will create and manage content, run social media ads, and engage with our community. You'll also track performance and stay updated on trends to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve. Responsibilities: Content Creation & Ideation: Develop creative content and campaigns to engage our audience. Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding. Ads Management: Run and optimize social media ads to drive traffic and engagement. Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, building strong relationships with our followers. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed. Trend Monitoring: Keep up with trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Requirements: Experience: 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Creative Skills: Strong content creation abilities and knowledge of ads management. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bawadiya Kalan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Social media management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
