Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Work closely with the creative team to design and curate engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms, ensuring the brand's voice is consistently communicated.
Create and maintain a social media content calendar that reflects the strategic priorities and core messaging requirements of the company.
Monitor analytics and optimize performance by adjusting strategies based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
Engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships.
Collaborate with digital marketing and PR teams to develop comprehensive multi-channel communication strategies and campaigns.
Track and report on social media KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Identify trends and opportunities in social media spaces that align with the brand, recommending innovative strategies to the executive team.
Manage social media advertising campaigns to ensure resources are effectively used to maximize ROI.
Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, best practices, and tools for performance tracking.
Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience in creating content that resonates with target audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant tools.
Expertise in engaging and maintaining an online community, including conflict resolution and crisis management tactics.
Ability to work onsite in New Delhi, Delhi, India, to efficiently collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to refine campaigns, based on real-time engagements and analytics.
