The position is located in Bokaro, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content (images, videos, written) across various social media platforms. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing a social media strategy, optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, and continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices. Qualifications Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Excellent Communication and Writing skillsExperience in developing and implementing Content StrategyStrong analytical skills for capturing and analyzing social data and metricsFamiliarity with social media tools and analytics platformsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentExperience in the retail or food industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
