Social Media Manager

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Experience: 3 + Years (Preferred from BFSI / Wealth Tech / Mutual Funds / Fintech Sector)

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 Per Month

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm

(2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and result oriented Social Media Manager who understands finance audiences, knows how to spark conversations that convert, and can own the entire funnel from brand awareness to lead generation with accountability and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Content Strategy Creation

• Develop compelling content themes around investing, personal finance, markets, and wealth management.

• Create engaging posts that simplify financial concepts for retail audiences while maintaining credibility.

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

2 Platform Ownership

• Manage social media platforms end to end including LinkedIn, Instagram,

X Facebook, YouTube, and emerging formats.

• Execute content publishing, performance tracking, optimization, and

community engagement.

3 Lead Generation Business Impact

• Design and execute campaigns focused on investor education, community building, signups, and conversions.

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive measurable ROI and consistent audience growth.

4 Compliance Integrated Storytelling

• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory guidelines (SEBI AMFI) and internal brand standards.

• Balance compliance with creativity to keep content engaging and compliant.

5 Analytics Reporting

• Track and analyze KPIs including growth, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

• Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

6 Brand Experience Creative Thinking

• Collaborate with designers, performance marketing, PR, and external partners.

• Propose and implement new formats such as reels, explainers, polls, influencer collaborations, and thought leadership content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (experience in BFSI Fintech preferred).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media analytics.

• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management will be an added advantage.
