What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute B2B social media strategies to engage CXOs, decision-makers, and industry professionals.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Handle LinkedIn profile management for leadership/management to build strong personal brands.
• Drive thought-leadership content – case studies, carousels, videos, newsletters, and engaging storytelling.
• Explore and manage influencer partnerships, podcast features, and digital collaborations for wider reach.
• Track analytics, deliver insights, and ensure campaigns achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Stay updated on B2B trends, AI tools, and digital platforms for continuous innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B social media management & paid campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing (organic + paid).
• Experience in thought-leadership campaigns, influencer marketing, or podcasts.
• Excellent copywriting, content planning, and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics & reporting.
• A strategic yet creative professional who can align storytelling with business goals.
