Role Overview:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars covering storytelling, campaigns, launches, and cultural moments.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to ensure Jaipur Rugs remains ahead of the curve.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (images, videos, reels, stories, and posts).
  • Collaborate with internal teams — design, content, and photography — to maintain consistent brand tone and aesthetics.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

3. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Build and nurture an authentic online community that reflects Jaipur Rugs’ values and artistry.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries with empathy and authenticity.
  • Partner with influencers, collaborators, and online communities to strengthen brand visibility and trust.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to measure engagement and campaign success.
  • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Continuously refine digital strategies based on audience behavior and analytics.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams — e-commerce, PR, design, and product — to align digital storytelling with key brand moments.
  • Manage agency relationships and external vendors to ensure creative excellence and timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and streamline internal processes for efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Experience:

  • Minimum

    4 years

    of proven experience in social media management for lifestyle, fashion, design, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of

    storytelling, content strategy, and digital trends.

  • Proficiency with

    social media tools

    (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with Jaipur Rugs’

    artisanal and luxury brand identity.
