About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise in paid media (Meta & Google Ads), campaign planning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving ROI and brand visibility through innovative and data-backed strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the social media & digital marketing team. Develop, implement, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting key metrics and insights. Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platform updates. Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for aligned execution. Grow community engagement, brand presence, and lead generation through strategic social media efforts. Required Skills & Experience: ✅ 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing and team handling ✅ Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms ✅ Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills ✅ Excellent leadership, communication & project management abilities ✅ Proven track record of ROI-driven campaign execution Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
