Job Description Designation - Social Media Manager Location - Wadgaonsheri, Pune Type - On site, Full Time Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Sr.Social Media Specialist/Manager to oversee our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires strong content creation skills, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of social media trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other formats. Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports to measure success. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns. Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to enhance brand reach. Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and campaigns to drive engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for digital marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
