Social Media Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our clients' and internal brand's social media strategies. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, growing communities, and building brand engagement across all major social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies for clients and the Levibes brand Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite Monitor analytics, track performance, and report monthly growth and engagement metrics Manage and grow follower base organically Run and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce visually appealing creatives and reels Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community reputation Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and viral opportunities Suggest and implement improvements based on performance data and audience insights Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field 1-3 years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of different platform algorithms and tools Excellent copywriting and communication skills Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus Experience in running social media ad campaigns Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail Perks & Benefits: Work with diverse clients & exciting brands Creative freedom and experimentation encouraged Networking opportunities in the digital industry Learning & upskilling support Fun, dynamic team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English , Hindi , Telugu (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
