Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at our Raipur location. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and overseeing social media content and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media channels, monitoring engagement metrics, and ensuring alignment with the company’s branding goals. Close collaboration with the internal team to improve customer engagement will be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage audiences effectively
Ability to develop and implement innovative Content Strategies
Creative thinking skills and an eye for detail
Familiarity with social media analytics and tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred
