Join us and start an awesome story together!βRole Description: Junior Social Media & Content Assistant (F&B Focus)βThis is a full-time (Internship: 3-6 months paid, or Entry-Level: <1 year exp.), on-site role for a Junior Social Media & Content Assistant located in Hyderabad.βThis role is ideal for an aspiring social media strategist with a strong flair for food and design. You will primarily support our F&B client portfolio, gaining hands-on experience in the entire content and strategy lifecycle, including graphic execution, under the guidance of a Senior Social Media Manager.β
Key Responsibilities:
βContent Execution & Design: Assist in implementing approved content calendars. Utilize Canva to quickly create and edit social media graphics, Instagram Stories, menu highlights, and basic promotional material while adhering to client brand guidelines.βVisual Asset Support: Assist with on-site photo/video shoots for clients (mostly using a smartphone or light equipment). This includes setting up shots, preparing food items for best presentation, and organizing raw and final media assets.βCommunity & Reputation Management: Actively monitor F&B client social channels and review platforms (e.g., Google, Zomato, TripAdvisor) to engage with customers, respond to queries, and manage feedback in a timely and professional manner.βTrend & Competitor Research: Research current food trends, viral F&B content (Reels/TikTok), and competitor strategies to help the team keep client campaigns fresh and relevant.βAnalytics Assistance: Compile and organize weekly data on key F&B social media metrics (e.g., footfall driven, online orders, highest-performing dish posts) for performance reporting.βQualificationsβExperience: Maximum of 6 to 12 months of experience in a professional, collegiate, or relevant internship role.βF&B Industry Exposure (Strongly Preferred): Prior experience (paid, internship, or extensive volunteer/freelance work) in the marketing, operations, or content creation side of a restaurant, cafe, food blogger, or hospitality brand.βGraphic Proficiency: Demonstrated strong hands-on experience using Canva for social media content creation. Must be able to quickly adapt templates and design within established brand guidelines.βContent Flair: A proven eye for visual aesthetics, especially regarding food presentation and photography (a link to personal or professional work showcasing food/beverage content is a strong plus).βCommunication: Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to write engaging, appetite-inducing captions.βProactive & Organized: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.βEducation: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
