We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand’s digital presence and lead creative campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, and community impact.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager (Coimbatore, On-site), you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the brand’s social media strategy across multiple platforms.
You’ll lead the planning, content creation, and analytics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels — ensuring consistent storytelling and strong brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead content planning and oversee daily posting, engagement, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce reels, stories, graphics, and product videos.
• Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads) in coordination with the PPC team.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners.
• Analyze and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI).
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities for innovation opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and creative storytelling across platforms.
• Mentor junior social media staff and interns as part of the growing marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and social analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting, content strategy, and creative direction skills.
• Experience with performance-based social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Must be available for on-site work at the Coimbatore office.
