Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Gopalan Enterprises Experience: 2 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our companys social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, community engagement, analytics, and campaign execution to drive brand awareness and audience growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and create engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok . Plan and implement paid and organic social media campaigns to increase engagement and conversions. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics , generating reports and insights for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes across social media platforms. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and sales) to ensure brand consistency. Identify and partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand reach. Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ROI. Handle crisis management and brand reputation on social media. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2 to 8 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for brands. Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.). Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling . Ability to multitask, prioritize , and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with video content creation and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut) is preferred.
