Our goal is to assist clients in hassle-free visa applications while growing our brand visibility across social media. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager/Executive who will be responsible for handling all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, post design, social media management, group engagement, and organic growth . Job Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a social media content calendar with engaging and informative posts. Research latest immigration trends, visa updates, and industry insights to create relevant content. Plan and execute campaigns for different visa programs and services . 2. Content Creation & Posting: Write engaging captions, posts, and ad copy tailored for different platforms. Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and carousel posts using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Develop short-form video content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) explaining immigration processes and success stories. Schedule and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube at optimal times. Use relevant hashtags and SEO-friendly captions to maximize reach. 3. Social Media Group Engagement & Community Building: Identify and join Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp groups related to immigration, visa consultancy, and study/work abroad. Share valuable content in targeted groups to engage with potential clients. Respond to group queries, initiate discussions, and build trust within communities . 4. Growth & Engagement: Increase organic followers, post reach, and engagement rate . Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms. Engage with industry influencers, immigration groups, and forums to boost visibility. 5. Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and post-performance . Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Continuously optimize strategy based on data-driven analysis . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Increase organic social media followers per month . Boost engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) per post . Increase inquiries and website traffic from social media. Improve post reach & performance , ensuring posts achieve high engagement . Expand community presence by actively posting in relevant immigration groups per week . Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent skills in content writing, graphic design, and video editing. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Ability to find and engage in relevant social media groups and communities . Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and audience targeting for organic growth . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines . Apply with examples of your previous social media work.
