Role Description: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube). Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) aligned with brand voice and business goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights and analytics. Manage social media calendars and coordinate with content creators, designers, and other departments. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community presence. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand brand reach. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital ads team. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
